**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A MEMBERSHIP**

Membership packages and pricing are based on a 12-month annual commitment with One initial payment at time of registration and Eleven subsequent automatic monthly payments. This will be a rolling contract that will automatically renew unless you contact us 24 hours prior to renewal in order to cancel.  After a contract renews it will be on a month to month commitment and you may cancel at anytime by contacting us directly at one of our physical locations.  Keep in mind, the cancellation process can take up to 10 days; therefore, depending on the time of cancellation and your contracted bill date, you could be billed again before the termination takes effect.

Disclaimer:  When you sign up for an annual membership you are committing to a 12 month contract.  Cancellations prior to the fulfillment of the 12 month contract will result in a $99.00 early termination fee.
